Called up Dee to discuss the LPRAP repair and ended up being disappointed in her customer service. Dee came out and insisted on cutting open my drywall to determine if the LPRAP repair is needed. She was quick to let me know that if she isn’t responsible for repairing/replacing the drywall if I don’t need the repair. Obviously, I was hesitant to agree. I sent Dee a text yesterday asking if she could access the pipe from the crawl space, but she ignored that text. I sent the same text today only to find that she is refusing to try to access the pipe from the crawl space unless she had a signed contract. I asked her to send me the contract and she refused. I reached out again to ask about non-invasive ways of viewing the pipe, but by then I felt like I was begging Dee and Iconic Plumbing for service. She also wanted to charge me almost $500 to install a garbage disposal, but that’s a whole different story.
